We have a strict no return or exchange policy as the crystals once worn by someone cannot be used by anyone else because the crystals carry an individual’s energy once they wear it. In case of damage, we will provide a new piece though a clear video of unboxing is required. The product takes 6-7 working days to reach anywhere across India. No cash on delivery available.
